Season 2005

RENTAL OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE for 10 to 14 persons (up to 15 persons), with a private SWIMMING-POOL

Included : Water - Gas - Electricity - Central Heating - Linen.

Price for the week, reduction of 25% for a location of 3 to 4 weeks except for July and August.

Location per week or per fortnight during July.

Minimum location of 2 weeks during August.

ALL PRICES ARE IN EUROS

- BY WEEK (Renting of the entire home "La Simoune"

8-14 persons from Saturday 16H00 (4pm) to Saturday 10H00 (10 am))

The price includes :

water, electricity, gas and central heating, as well as :

"Bonus" (included in the price) :

Safe fonctionning with a personal magnetic card

and all Household linen included:

- towels and wash clothes,

- bath towels,

- sheets,

- bed covers,

- blankets

- pool towels

- hand towels,

- dish clothes

EXAMPLE OF RENTING :

3 first week of MAY : 1250€ + 1250€ + 1525 = 4025€ - 25% = 3018€

1006€ by week.

Please, provide us with the following documents :

- when signing the contract the justificative of your Civil Liability Insurance

- at your arrival a deposit check of 2 000 €

(justified by the quantity and the quality of the material at your disposition)

Fee of 200 € for the household after departure if the cleaning is not done or properly done

No problem of stationing your vehicles on the ground
